Return & Refund Policy

At China Mart BD, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order after receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including personal care products, hygiene items, used products, opened sealed items, custom products, gift cards, and sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or another agreed payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank, mobile banking provider, or payment provider to process the refund.
